Is there any better bushings than the thin plastic factory ones?
Mine have worn through and have started to wear into the bulk head.
The only real solution I can see is to have brass bushings made and bore out the bulk head to fit them. If someone already has made such a thing I would likely buy them.

Travis at Barn of Parts has both the bulkhead saver kit and the oilite bushing you so want and need... if he’s is out or isn’t caring the bushings Ulmer racing in SD should have them as well

I have looked into it when I installed the 28 oilites and found nothing. If the swaybar mounting on yours is similar to my 07, it might benefit from adding a washer that I made out of inner tube on each side. It keeps the tapered plastic bushing tight to the hole(which is one of the problems)
but still allows movement in the swaybar. Disregard the white nylon washer in the pic, it was an idea, but ended up going with the rubber one.
I actually checked with Ulmer Racing and he said he had none for the sway bar. If you don't find a better bushing and the hole in the bulkhead isn't too deformed, grease the hole, grease the plastic bushing(don't get grease on the spline before reassembly), add those soft rubber washers to keep the bushings in place, and you should be good for quite a while. It would be a quick, easy, cheap fix to just change out those bushings if you see them wearing after.

Schmidt Brothers Racing has stronger plastic bushings for your sway bar, they are made with thicker ends so the sway bar does not move side to side. Very nice tight fit and last twice as long.
