Are there any good bags that strap to the back for a long trip staying a couple nights in the UP???

The Yamaha sport saddle bags work well. Not a ton of room but should be plenty good enough for a couple of nights. These are the soft ones with a compartment on each side & a small one on top. Can find it in the yamaha catalogue.

They are a fantastic bag for those overnighters. The bag to fit in the nose of your sled is also well worth the $.

I agree with the Yamaha sport bags. They are designed well and don't come apart. I bought a set for my wife's sled and a coldwave set for my sled to use on a trip to Canada. The Coldwave bags worked well but their attachment system was poorly designed and came apart in 3 different places. I'm glad I had bunjee cords. Stay with OEM!!

We went 4 days across the U.P. a couple weeks ago (640 miles). Used the Yam bags

and they worked great. You can fit a lot into them and we had no problem. We used a U-bolt for the back strap instead of the rivit/strap that came with the bag.

Same bag as Tipton. Works great. And Yamaha luggage is top quality IMO. Good Luck.
