I don't race at all so I was planning on puting a primary spring with less preload. This might also reduce some of the engine breaking, Seems like alot of engine breaking. Was also thinking of keeping the RPM at around 10100. Is that ok? Thanks
The RPM climbing at the end of a long run is either running out of gear or the white secondary spring is beginning to bind, but it won't hurt anything. If you want to drop the engagement rpm and keep the RPM down around 10,100 you will need to purchase a Y-P-Y primary spring as it has lower preload and slight lower total force to keep the rpm's down.
