Rode 400 miles out of Fox river motel in Seney, Michigan's upper peninsula with trails being awesome. Had a foot of fresh snow on Wednesday with more on Thursday.
My steering has worked it's way loose again wich is a bummer, so I'll have to address it again....better this time hopefully.
On a side note my 2015 Viper Ltx put an #*$&@ kicking on my buddies studded 2015 800 ski doo gsx from a dead stop and from a rolling start, it was epic! The speedometer hit 100 for the first time as well. The viper has 2500 miles on it, Sandale muffler and big venom clutching, no studs with its factory original flash........he was very sad to say the least.
Last year without these mods he beat me pretty good, hes now wanting a 1200 ski doo 4 stroker, lol
I should add I switched from a factory Yamaha belt and was running a gates belt attempting to knock a few rpms down, as I was just barely hitting my rev limiter....not now. The conditions must have been perfect for me

That very well could have been our group....4 Vipers, 2 sidewinders and a Tcat. Spent all week in that area, stayed just south of GM on trail 88. We saw those guys on the new SRX's as well. I know I saw you too, I had asked the other guys in our group if they seen your sled in passing, couple guys said yes. Very nice looking wrap! We also commented on how many Vipers and winders we saw during the week. One winder went down Tuesday (chaincase issue, popped out of gear) so Wednesday and Thursday our group was down to 6. Big shout out to groomer Will from GM, we were on trail 8 five miles west of 888 intersection when his winder went down, we tried for about an hour or so to fix it...no go. Suddenly here comes Will motoring down the trail towards us, he stops and asked if were ok? NO we have a sled down, after some conversing he said let me finish this section and I'll tow it back to where your staying. So cool, our buddy got his sled towed back almost to our door and got to spend an hour and a half riding in the groomer. Top Notch!!! Did I mention how dark it was that night? Geez....wow it was dark. Here's my ride.......I seen a group of maybe six vipers riding around and a couple awesome new Srx's at pine stumpView attachment 144700

Awesome, trails were in great shape.....I did get ran off the trail once, guy was going way too fast in the twisties and 2 semi close calls from Thursdays traffic picking up. but riding was awesome. I considered selling my viper and going sidewinder, but after this ride I have my viper dialed in and it just rocks!
That Srx package is what ill be looking for next just wish it had a 137 track
