ball joints

Pretty easy, just took one out of an old arm the other night( not on sled)
Remove circlip and pound out. If arm is still on sled you'd have to disconnect it from spindle first.

I had my arms off doing oilite bushings so I just pressed them out with my HF press. taking them off the spindle and setting the arm on a block of wood you should be able to pound them out with a hammer and large chisel/punch.

Mine came out with a small c clamp and socket, pressed back in the same way.

just grab a couple of souckets one large enough to press the ball joint into and one small enough to drive it though. Put a C clamp on there and go to town. If that don't work take the a arm off and press it out. Piece of pipe will work as well in place of a socket.
