My preliminary mock up was assuming the 19's had the 20mm axle. Once 19's showed up at my dealer I realized the axle on 19 was larger 25mm so I had to change the design.
$95 Heavy duty kit....comes with spacer kit and (2) solid wheels with rubber for inside the rails. Wheels have replaceable 6205 bearings.
$55 Light duty kit....comes with spacer kit and (1) oem original wheel to add inside the rails.

Yes was waiting for some wheels with rubber, guess i will kill my plastic ones this year lol.
The 6305 bearing is wider than the stock bearing so there will be a spacing issue.

If the spacers are machined accordingly to accomodate the additional width there will be no issue. The stock pastic spacers get shortened and kit would take 2 of them. Only had one shown in the one photo so maybe that mislead you.

Are those black spacers track adjusters travis? Did you get my package yet?Been working on a 2019 4th wheel kit. The axle is solid which is great, but wheels could very well be the weak link on the whole setup. My suggestion is to replace the stock inside wheel at a minimum while doing the job. The outside wheels are much easier to access if they fail prematurely.
Spacer kit with one wheel.... $65
Spacer kit with (2) wheels... $100
Spacer kit with (4) wheels...$170
Wheels will have the beefy 6304 bearings. See attached photo for comparison between 6304 and 6004.
