Well, I completed the survey and it does need some improvements.

If it is a legit survey, then the original poster should have stated that he is "so and so", representing "certain dept. From Yamaha".

seemed like a general survey ... much like the last Yamaha one a month or two ago ... likely not developed by corporate but a little lower down on the food chain.
