Snapped my drive shaft this weekend. Having trouble trying to remove the belt because there's nothing to lockup the secondary. Anyone got any tips or tricks? It's almost new so I really hate to have to cut it off.

Figured it out. Couldn't use the parking brake cause I opened up the gearbox because originally I thought the chain broke. Ended up putting a wrench on the large nut for the top gear. That worked Perfectly.

I always loosen off the 3 nuts that hold the helix on. Makes it much easier to open up the sheaves

That works great IF you've got a Parking brake. I already had my gearbox opened up because I originally that the chain broke. All good now.
