Best Handling / Fastest Nytro Trail Sled??

Anyone else out there have their Nytro Handleing like it should?

My 08 is finally perfect. Skinz 42” arms, float 2 shocks, C&A pro skis, RMK spindles, and Skidoo RMotion skid. Great for really fast riding now.

have my 09 xtx working amazing on trails.... it has quite a bit of things done to it, for handling skinz a-arm kit, oft steering relocate, fox float evol x shocks with high & low speed compression and rbound adjustments, 7" mountain skiis with snowtrackers (semi-agressive) on the fron end. rear has timbersled mountaintamer fit kit skid with stock rails, fox float shock package (evol chambers, remote reservoirs, flully adjustable) with 4 wheel axle, over size idler wheels (with extras added, along with a low snow kit wheels....lots of wheels) and dupont insert slides. it also has an oversize gas tank, +2" mountain mod seat, mountain tech skid plate & vented dash, custom made rad relocate kit (to get rad away from the oversize gas tank. and totally stock motor...LOL

Sounds like you have done some great development work. I always wondered if the Timbersled skid would work on the trail. Any pics?

m.shuey.....here's a link to my build below, it has sit for the 2 years in back of garage at old house and a year in the new shop due to life just being too busy. it hit the snow for about 3kms end of last winter and will get a little bit of riding this winter but, not too much due to being busy and it needs a huge go through.... it has 23,000kms on it now. time to redo all the still original high milage stuff like, original track, redo orginal clutch etc... it has been unreal reliable (never really ridin in #*$&@ conditions..... thanks to great trails near cottage in quebec).

a quick storey/history of my nytro.......(and maybe my midlife crisis if you ask the wife) WINTER 2009/2010 bought 2009 nytro xtx used (1500kms) February 2010 for $ 9,000.00 ca -rode stock (except snow trackers....aggressive) -mirrors added inside handguards WINTER 2010/2011...

Hate to say it but after 13 or so years of development I'm selling my kick #*$&@ Nytro and ordering a 2025 (last year for Yamaha sleds) SRX.

I wouldn’t sell that Nytro until you have a confirmed order for a 2025. Spring order Yamaha’s have been hard to get these past two seasons.

Thank you for that heads up!!
I did contact a dealer in my area, they said they could order a sled this coming March....?
I will take your advice though and ride my Nytro until order is confirmed.

Keep your nytro until after you take delivery of new sled. It might not show up until April.
