best replacement Starter in canada

Seems my starter is gone.. though battery was dead by now won;t roll at all and negative wire got hot on battery.

Wheres the best place to get one? db electric on amazon?

There are a few parts on our sleds that OEM is the way to go. I expect that will be the consensus in this case.

as they are a pain to replace on the phazer and the 4 stroke tripple, i reccomend yamaha as the aftermarket we tried on the phazer in my signature lasted long enough for its warrenty to expire then failed again.

Just had a aftermarket one from Dennis Kirk that failed on me in 400 miles , I went oem this time .

I've installed many starters from db electric over the years and never had an issue with them. Wish I could say that about Yamaha OEM. I've seen way to many of them fail.

bought a niche off amazon for 100 bux last year and it's worked great so far. Spins over faster than the stock one - magnets let lose on it.
