Do the various flashes from TD and Precision for example come with updated clutching? I blow belts between 500 and 600 miles in stock trim. Have since I bought the sled. I dont drag the brakes into corners I warm up the belts after every time that I stop. I ride in Northern Maine so there are places I could hold wide open for miles, but I dont. At this point it has gone to the dealer twice to look at. they replaced the rollers once and set the secondary spring to 3-1 once. I want to do a flash, but I have put it off waiting for my clutch issues to get resolved. I was wondering if the flash comes with new clutching if it will fix the belt issue. I am a big guy at 295 Lbs but I have traded sleds with my buddy who has a Sidewinder and his clutch temps are noticeably lower. Maybe the answer to my issues would be more power and matching enhanced clutch parts.

The Hurricane flash package comes with trail muffler and needed clutching. Saying that,the stock clutch alignment isn’t correct. We have a hurricane clutch alignment tool that with fix the alignment issue. That in conjunction with the clutch setup that we include with the hurricane trail flash package will keep the belt cool and resolves the belt problem

Thank you for the quick reply. I already have a modified stock muffler. I think it wass done by D&D performance. Is there a package that would work with what I already have?
