All good. Yeah, I guess everyone’s so worried they have a belt blower that’s it’s a sigh of relief if you don’t.I’m not ridiculing you, just pointing out with a turbo your belt wears thin, your set up is working great, YOUR NOT A BELT blower, under 1000 you might be! People seem to ride these until their belt blows must be some kinda honor to get the most out of a belt.

Man! Just think of the force required to just tear a belt in half like that..

I just blew my first belt at 600 miles. Clutches were warm but not hot. Was not on WOT, but I did heat it up a little when I was stuck an hour before that.

I heated that belt up because I didn’t have rollers under the skies when I loaded in backwards into trailer. I have now bought rollers . So can’t totally blame the belt . I will now do closer checks on the belt in mornings. I mostly run at 270 boost .I just blew my first belt at 600 miles. Clutches were warm but not hot. 3130 Miles original factory belt ( whatever that is ) TD Powertrail tune. Belt still looks perfect. Plan to get another 3000 miles out of it. The sled is ridden- I dont beat it like a dead horse but it sees 70-95 MPH pulls often.

That’s great mileage on a belt. Out of curiosity what is your clutch offset?3130 Miles original factory belt ( whatever that is ) TD Powertrail tune. Belt still looks perfect. Whatever is was from the factory in 2018. I am not a mechanic. I turn the key and let it rip. Don't know why you would ever have to touch that stuff. you paid for all the engineers to do the R and D already. Winter is short, give it the beans and hold on!!That’s great mileage on a belt. Out of curiosity what is your clutch offset?
