Boost Gauge

Looking for an easy to read boost gauge. Right now I use Autometer mechanical 30 hg/30 psi but I run 11-13lbs of boost and I find the gauge hard to tell with that range between a psi or two while riding. Wondering if a 20 psi gauge would make a difference or not. Also looking at Aem digital gauge or the Tru Boost controller if I am going to spend the money. Just wondering what others use.

Thanks
NB

I have the digital AEM gauge and dont like it. The color sweep graph you cant see in day light and the digital display works well but can also be hard watch as the numbers change to quickly.

I will likely go to a analog AEM gauge at some point. Eric

I'm going to try it with the gauge rotated and the desired pressure facing straight ahead and taping off anything higher than that. Might be easier to tell where I am and if I am too high.

I find it easier to read a digital gauge over a sweep style. I have an FJO digital and it works great.

where did you mount your boost gauge ? i have a 2012 apex and was gonna mount it on the rt side of the riser about half way up .... any ideas :4STroke:

My boost, AFR gauges were mounted to the side of the stock riser.
One pod on each side.
You can drill and tap the riser to mount the gauge holder. Easy to see and they look cool too.
Now I'm running a prologger so no more gauges. It has everything
