Finally got the sled out... 210 PUSH turbo kit with PCV, ignition module and wideband 2. I have the maps provided by PUSH and am trying to get the AFR trimmed properly using the POD 300 trims. I understand 11.8 is ideal but I am seeing a pretty large variation depending on speed and load. To keep the AFR under 12 during a long run at WOT, I am need to have the high RPM trimester up to the point where crusing at 70 mph is showing low 10’s on the AFR.
So I am just wondering when you are setting the fuel trims, should you be only looking at what is going on during acceleration or try to find a happy medium between cruise and pull?
Also, how accurate is the boost monitor on the PCV? This is supposed to be a 6 pound kit, but I am seeing over 10 at WOT.
