Hey guys, hope someone can help me understand this. I have the Bikeman Performance BOV on my sled. Last winter I was running the evo Stage 0 tune (fuel correction for aftermarket exhaust - NO HP increase) and when you hit the throttle real hard and then let off immediately you could hear the BOV releasing pressure (pretty loudly). Now, fast forward to this winter I changed the tune to stage 4 (58 HP over stock) and now I do the same thing and I don't hear the BOV at all.... Nothing. Is that normal? Is that just the change in HP/PSI (stage 4 is 14.5psi boost). Just want to make sure I don't have a problem!

You should hear the bov, take it of and set pressure on it to see when its opening. I think its open at 14,5 psi and maybe you have to have a stiffer bov springHey guys, hope someone can help me understand this. I have the Bikeman Performance BOV on my sled. What BOV are you running? Stock or something else?

I haven't pressure tested it yet (need to get another fitting tomorrow) but I pressed in the BOV with my thumb (both the stock BOV and the Bikeman) and actually the stock one is harder to press in than the bikeman.... I'm stumped as to why this has changed since the new tune. Doesn't make sense to me

Trace hose that's plugged onto it. Hose goes up to one of the solenoids just below the main fuse block at the front of the engine compartment. What solenoid? Where is it? Thanks

Do you know if it would be part 34 or 35? Also do you know the purpose or what the solenoid does that may affect the opening of the BOV? I appreciate the help

One runs BOV and the other runs the waste gate.
