I bought a different break lever a couple of years ago but never got around to switching the stock one out with the new one. Can somebody tell me how big of an effort this is and what exactly needs to be done? Thanks in advance for your help.

Just watch that the piston doesn't come out past the seal, mine did and would not stop leaking. You just have to keep alittle pressure back on it when lever is removed till new one is installed.

Same here, If I were to do it again I would slide a piece of tape between the lever and the piston pull the handle a little and fasten it to hold it in. pay attention to the spring for the brake lock lever also.

Made the brake lever swap out with Skinz short heated lever. But I guess I did not keep enough pressure on the brake piston. Now it is leaking and no brake line pressure. What do I need to do now to fix this?
