The cable that runs from the adjustment knob on the side of the tunnel
to the shock got pulled out and twisted off by ice build up in the suspension ( I think )

I know this cable just pushes into the shock.

Can it be replaced in the turnknob mechanism?

If so, is it easy to fix?

Thanks for the info

The cable ends are pressed on . This is a common problem due to the weak nature of the rubber tube that encases the square drive shaft. I'm on my third.
seems like an aftermarket oportunity with the yammie cost like $35 to $40

The new replacement ones have a urethane jacket which seems to last longer than the original ones. Time will tell.

I'm on my second cable too. The service guy at the dealer said there was an updated part #, so I guess we'll see if it lasts any longer.

I was in the yammie dealership in Rice lk. and they had a cable that looked diff. than mine, but they couldn't tell me if it would work on my vector.
I think dealerships need to spend some time on TY to get the latest info.!
