Broken spring but very happy

What happens to those maps when you get a new phone??
At least on TD's - The maps are actually stored on the hardware dongle, the phone app just accesses them and tells which one to load, so you should be ok with a new phone.

I miss the days of pulling spark plugs to check the color then ripping off the carbs to re-jet in the middle of the woods at night...just kidding! New technology just flat out ROCKS! And the boys "working" on tunes are having more fun than us! GOD BLESS the 'Winder Craze that us OCD people have been blessed with...THANKS Yamaha...Thanks Mrsled.....

I'm still using the 8JP. This summer i'll do a lot of searching on these clutches to see what works best on stock set-up & is RELIABLE. I can barely hear some squeal while idling, but she rips on bottom end. Any more with this Ice-Attack & it will break traction so i'm right where i need to be.

I have the Yamaha Medium windshield. At first it looked "un-cool" to me, but i NEED this protection on long rides at speed. Especially below 0 days, so i'm very happy with this choice.

I sucked a little at a time out of radiator while engine was cold. Replaced with Distilled water then ran sled. I would let it cool then repeat process. I only did it this way because i was bored & would come outside to look at the sled every few hours for a week anyways...LOL. That way i wouldn't have to deal with an air bubble. I'll check exact mixture this summer. Shooting for 50/50. NOTE: My first couple of trips i noticed foam & bubbles in coolant over-flow tank. After adding Water Wetter, the foam is gone. I believe this is the BIGGEST benefit of this product. We need pure liquid to metal contact for good heat dissipation. This product accomplished that. I only used a couple ounces.

I'm stock this year to get sled handling good first. Which i accomplished. On ice, slush, meal & fresh snow my sled turns with confidence. Hard to get that with ALL conditions. I think i will leave stock except for clutch, but haven't decided yet. ALOT of tempting choices! TD, Hurricane, EVO, Excell are all teasing the be-jesus out of me, but this sled scares me stock! Any more power or acceleration then i'd have to stud & that will change the trail characteristics. Gonna be a LONG summer, but winter ain't done yet. If i can't ride the "county" next week, i may be headed to Canada to get my 3000 miles in...
Steve as we stand right now,you should have no problem getting 3000 in maine.

Yes, if it doesn't BREAK! lol. I'm confident with my new primary clutch parts, but my biggest problem is i went & got a GIRLFRIEND!!!! I'm actually in Florida now! These people make snowmobiling hard to do. I promised my bud NO GIRLFRIENDS this year, but i fell in love like a zit faced 15 year old at PORKY'S!!!! Coming up next weekend & maybe 4 to 7 days one more time that should put me over 3000 miles...damn women...

As the saying goes...."you can't live with them and....... you can't shoot them".....or something like that
