SOLVED -- Visor works as it should. Must have had a poor seal from the factory.. All that was done to rectify the problem was to press on the exterior and interior shields compressing the foam seal which stopped any air infiltration (misting between panes).
Had a nice ride yesterday from Sacandaga to Caroga lake and back BV2S worked flawlessy.
