Cam Timing

I'm in the process of changing out a blown head gasket and want to make sure I'm using the right timing marks on the crank vs. the dots on the cams.
Which timing marks on the crank indicate Top Dead Center ?

remove the black plug on the mag side then move the #4 cyl(MAG Side CLY)to tdc till the marks line up in the hole then line the dots up on the cam,s and the hold down,s that hold the cams.
