Hellflyer (member here ) just contacted me and is sending me aluminum brazing rods to try to plug the hole and redrill first!!
If that doesn't work I will use the brackets I fabricated

Just a quick ? When you took off your tank, do you have any spots where the tank is rubbing on the tunnel? I have one spot where is rubbed pretty bad, right side just behind where the rubber pads are on those raised parts on the tunnel.
