No time for painting in January...lol.
I have use the front OEM tab bushing as a sleeve. Over the summer i plan to make some custom bracket out of stainless.

See the size of the shim, the shim in our kits fit a lot better and are a tad thicker to take up some slop

The axle must be Locking up in the bushing and freeing up the bolt as it motions up and down.
This might not happen if the bolt is torqued to 35 ft lbs with blue loc-tite
A little lubrication is going to help a lot in this location. MAK05 kits have new Bushings, new shim that fits the axle better and a grease zerk
