I was going to get the welded and redrill the mounting hole but I think I am going to just buy and replace both inner and outer brackets on the chaincase side and all rivets.
I am having a hard time seeing all the parts on the diagram I try to zoom in and it blurry
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try calling Port Washington Yamaha. They have always been helpful, and a site sponsor.

What do you guys think about this?
Make a 3/16" aluminum plate and add bosses for mounting holes and rivet the plate to existing?
