Do you guys realize that the CND closed above $0.85 US last week. This means a sled that retails for $8500 in the US should cost no more than $10K in Canada?

I'm sure things will get adjusted shortly,when we snochecked these our dollar wasn't worth alot......Plus the the Canadian versions go faster then the US ones...I'll be going 100 and they'l only be going 60, Hah, lol

I bought my 03 RX in Canada for this same reason, I really doubt that yamaha cares. What are they going to do, publish prices in the spring and then go back on them? The rate can go they other way just as easy as it went up(or down, however you look at it)
.85 rate now, wow--when I bought mine on October of 02 it was .63
It was easy to get it into the states, no GST and a $180 fee. It was $2200 US less than my local dealer.
They must not have registered it to me in the states, however, because I have still not recieved a single piece of mail from Yamaha.
