How much would an Nytro cost in the US including all taxes and fees?? Must say that we in Scandinavia are getting f***ed by Yamaha Corp.
A brand new Nytro in Sweden are set to totall price of 16.500 dollars, and they are robbing us customers from the Fox Floats....And the APEX RTX is not even in their salesprogram here in Sweden. The Top of the Line model they are selling here (APEX GT) are called RX-1 GT and would cost something like 20.300 dollars :o| !!!! Dont you think thats insane !!!???

Personaly i think that Yamahas are the best :yam: but hell!! i cant buy a sled thats like twice the price than the sleds you guys buy. Would you buy a Yammi thats stripped of all the good stuff for over 20 grand???

To put it this way Yamaha are setting their prices so much higher here in Sweden then any other brand, an axample

A brand new Switchback 800 -05 costed 13 000 dollars with all fees payed
A brand new Warrior -05 costed 20.200 dollars with the fees payed

I cant see the logics in these price differents....can you???

Kam, again..welcome to the dark side. Been a long time since the James Bond Rev!!!!
This is the price I got from Brandon Marine for CDN RTX. The US price is easy to get from allmost any dealer. If you travel further I have seen em for $8500.

Turk, lets leave James out of this, okay!! :o|

That price on the RTX is ridiculously cheap. I have been hearing anywhere bettween 12700-12900! Are they taking the 600 yammy bucks and putting it towards the price??

For $12100, I would look a lot harder at the RTX!

This Yamaha shopping is too much braindamage and money!! :o|
I really only know two Yamaha dealers and would like to support both of them if I can! :o| I'm getting a headache!

I was quoted and bought a GT for 9200 us which is about 11200 canadian + taxes of 15% + 188 at border. The local dealers here say they want ful price for the GTS because they are "limited", meaing they want $15000 + taxes. If it was an RTX or other I'm sure they would do better. But the GT has many great qualities plus it looks real sharp and should have an even better resale given the limited build.
All this being said the dealer I ordered from a month ago left me a message this AM saying they will not be able to supply me a GT how a bout and RTX for $8600. That was Sovies Cycle in Potsdam NY. Yes I have since found another dealer to sell me a GT. Considering this is the last day I was abit Pissed.

I think I will just bring it across and pay the taxes like a good person instead of trying to find a way to beat the Tax man. Figuring I'm doing well enough on the purchase!

marathon mike, When you put your money down, did you receive a confirmation Number from Yamaha on your order. I just ordered a GT this morning froma US dealer for 9800.00 and I received a Confirmation Number from them on my order, so which means I think I am pretty much guarenteed an Apex GT. If you got it for 9200, that's a great deal. I'm saving about 2800.00 buying in the US.

No, the first dealer Sovies said my invoice was in the mail so I do not know about a confirmation number. Been hounding the dealer to get the invoice because i was concerned that something like this might come up. The new dealer this morning is going to fax me later today ( I hope) and will post then.

My dealer did mine right in front of me over the net and printed out a copy for me and him.

Well i can sleep well now! Just got my fax back from the other dealer who is Roberts in Malone NY saying I will be getting one, fax also included the Yamaha snow check sheet with confirmation #. Paid 9275, no Yama bucks,
Bring on the snow!
;)! :tg: :D
