No point in drilling my skid plate as it still has to come off in order to remove the oil filter.
Thanks Cannondale that is pretty much what I did but i also elevated the front end so it poured right through hole.

Nope lol. I meant through hole in the right foot hold for the oil tank to drain. I want the added protection of the full skid plate, only drawback pain in the #*$&@ to take off lol.

Lol...that's why I didn't get it. It's hard enough to get the hood off I didn't want it to be hard to get the skid plate.

Got it off in 2 minutes without wrench. So easy I feel like a real dumb sss. What is this about breathet valve? I didn't take hood off to change oil either but didn't mess with no breather valve. Didn't see that in manual.

Are you supposed to open breather cap after oil change? Where exactly is it? What if you don't open it?Nytro40th said:There is a breather cap on the valve cover.

I don't really think it a big deal, its on the I guess head/valve cover And it's on the exhaust side and at the end of the block and it's a little threaded cap. Probably for it to breath and allow more oil to drain. Or something like that...lol....I wouldn't worry about it if you didn't take it off, no worries!!
