First take the belt off.
Then take the secondary off keeping all of the washers in the exact same place.
On the back of the secondary there are three screws, which act as stoppers, unscrew them. There should already be one washer there, put the exact same size washer and add it to the other washer. So now you have two. Then put the screws back in. Do not tighten them to much! Pay attention to how tight they are when you take them off.
Then put the secondary back on with the washers in the exact same place they were.
Then put the belt back on. With the belt on you should be able to read the writing on the belt normal. If the writing is upside down the belt is on wrong.
Make sure everything is tight and go test it out and let me know how it worked! Hope this helps!
