Hey guys I just pulled the secondary off the sled and was wondering about washers on the jackshaft. I only have one washer in behind the secondary, I always thought there was more then that? I don't have any washers on the front of the secondary either because I have the osp belt adjuster on the secondary. Does this seem right? I always thought there were more washers when removing the secondary. The last one to do work on the sled was the dealership so I don't know if they didn't put all the washers back. Just curious to see if this is correct or not.
Thanks
Thanks

It must vary from the factory my 2015 had two washers and it had some float. When I put OSP adjuster on with adjuster backed all the way out it was tight with the two washers so I removed one and I had some movement back. Another guy I ride with only had one washer in his from factory.
Those washers set your clutch offset. It can be checked with a straightedge. 13.5-16.5 mm.
The OSP adjuster does not allow float until the clutch is engaged. For proper clutch offset you should put the washer back in.It must vary from the factory my 2015 had two washers and it had some float. Thanks. It just didn't feel right so I took one out. But I will put both back in.
