Well, here I go Ill try to explain it. My 2016 Ltx le viper has a nasty vibe/ rattle (it sounds something like a loose clutch guard but its not) that for sure is coming from the clutch side seemingly more towards the secondary. It only shows up between 4500 and 55-5800 rpms. As soon as ya roll into 6000 and up it is gone and so smooth its crazy? I have looked at all the clutches and they look and feel perfect. I even called Terry up at TP (I have his kit in it) and he seems to think its (forgive me I forgot all the details he mentioned) its in the design of the motor that leads up to the clutch PTO? He said it is common . I am going to look into the brake rotor and things ?? The way mine sounds to me I cant believe more guys don't talk about it?? Frankly it is pissing me off that this would be something I have to live with. Again I like the sled But Im very particular about every aspect of a sled. I spent a few yrs listening to new viper owners before buying one and know what I was going into... the opinions and complaints some big some small and legit. Missing my Apex in some ways.... especially the motor!
