I had been riding in some deep snow and busting drifts earlier today, just after getting out of the deeper snow and on a straight away my 2012 nytro xtx bogged, yellow light came on, flashed code 34. Little later the same thing happened and flashed 35. Close to a shack so I pulled in... Coming up the hill my sled completely shut down and flashed 33, 34, 35. I let it sit for about half an hour, started it up (no codes showing) and took off. The sled ran fine for about 5 - 10 mins then started bogging and flashing codes... Eventually I got to a place that I could get picked up.

I'm at the lake and need to figure out if I should be taking this to the dealer or what I should be doing? Right now I've got it tapped with the heater on it to melt all the snow and ice under the good. What should I do? This is the first trouble I've had with this machine.

those 3 codes are for cylinder ignition coil faulty cylinder 1 (33) 2 (34) 3 (35). Take all the connections apart and make sure they are dry. its pretty tight to get in there. the only other thing i see in the manual is to check spark plug gap and coil resistance but that can't be done on the trail obviously.

I have dried it out the best I can out here. Took it for a ride and it's stalling now, not just losing power. Not much more I can really do here unfortunately. Guess it's gotta go in... Ugh

had similar problem with my 08 nytro its the crank sensor, check for rubbed through wires at the sensor on the cover that protects it if no rubbed wires replace the sensor and you should be good to go.

its easy to change. Its located behind the primary clutch on the exhaust (back side) of the motor

So turns out it was moisture in the TPS. I have the mountain tech IP vent installed on my sled. Possible that due to the conditions I could have had some snow melt near the instrument panel and drip down onto the sensor causing it to short. This explains why it only would happen after the sled warmed up, not while it was still cold.
