137” skid. I put in a solid axle 4 wheel kit and now the cogs hit as if they were a different ratio than the track. 8” wheels. You can spin track halfway before the teeth bind on the solid bars themselves (track clips). Everything looks correct, new sled, only change was the big wheel kit (Larson). I can’t figure it out...

There is pitch built into the drive sprockets, the track will try and outrun the drive sprockets basically. Its normal. the fourth wheel kit did nothing to change anything there.
Don't worry about it. It will spin freely under power.

I have the Larson kit as well with no issues. I also know several people with this kit and they all are working well. Go Cuse!
