Coolant flush/bleed question?

After having my temp light come on every ride and about 40 times yesterday I am going to put the tunnel cooler on over the off season. But for now I'm going to vent the gauge panel and replace the coolant. My question is what is the best way to get the old coolant out? Just drain it? And to bleed it do I just fill it up and run it with the pressure cape off and fill it as it gets hot and sucks the coolant through? Thanks for the help. Mike.

the Mtx exchanger comes with a air bleed vent. than start and cool a few times top off between times, good to go

I believe there's a bleeder in around the radiator as well. I remember reading about it somewhere but can't remember at the moment the exact location and details..
