So I'm going to attempt to install a coolant temp gauge on my Nytro this week, but I have a question. Which hose are you guys splicing into for the adaptor? I've searched the topic and haven't been able to find the correct spot. I have a few ideas, but looking for a little helpful insight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm looking to do the same but where's the best spot to connect for the power?

I don't know where you are going to mount it but for mine that bracket is a piece of aluminum from lowes I cut and bent up in a vice.

I'm using a pro sport gauge, so I have a pod that I'm gonna mount next to the display. Thanks again for all your help, I'm sure I'll be asking a few more questions once I get started.

Hey big time. Can you post pics of your setup? I am looking to install a temp gage as we'll and want to see the pod you are talking about

So I'm kinda stumped. Where exactly did u hook up for power? I've read in other posts to hook one wire to the red/white and one to the blue/white. Now there is a red/white comin out of the ignition, which then turns into a blue/white when it goes into a connector. There's also red/white and blue/white running together out of a plug by the oil tank. Which ones do I use? Sorry for the dumb questions.

I just put a temp gauge on my nytro a couple of weeks ago, I pulled power from a blue/white wire coming out of fuse block below reverse lever.

The blue/white wire from the fuse block located by the chaincase is your most secure bet. DO NOT pull power from the relay harness by the oil tank!
