DDM tuning installed with one problem....

Just installed the DDM tuning HID headlights on an XTX and one of them doesnt fire up until I shut the sled off and then turn it on again. No matter what it starts on the second try. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

swap bulb or ballast (box) from side to side which ever is easiest in your case to see if its the bulb or the ballast. i would guess ballast is bad. nice thing is they are warrantied, bad thing is they ship out of china so you will have to wait on it.

I would bet the Ballast is bad. Call you help line from DDM.
