Some pictures from the TCV (Turbo Control Valve) relocation we did this winter. Seemed to work great! No valve freezing after this mod!
First picture is how i found the valve before i relocated it. No wonder it didnt increase pressure...

Some pics of the custom turbo block off plate that I and kimoaj designed early this season. Thats by far the best mod Ive done to my sled except the turbo itself.

It will be updated as soon as new mods are done.
We are both waiting for our Skinz SPG kits, subframe, and other goodies.
Next step on my to-do list is A/F gauge and copper donuts installation.
Will most likely start on that this weekend.

The block off plate is nice...Where was the tcv originally?

The TCV was originally mounted over the air filter hose. You can see the mounting hole to the right in this picture.
The heat from the muffler keeps it dry and moisture free, so no more freezing with the relocation mod done.

Finding / repairing exhaust leak. + thistledoo copper donuts installation.
I have to say that the old donuts did not look that bad. Even with 7500 kms on them.
The exhaust leak that costed me some missing boost this winter;
Welded and good to go;
Thistledoo nuts, looking gooood.
Had to drill out the rivets holding the header bracket up, to get it together again..
Grinded off about 2-3 millimeters to make the clamps seal up enough.
Started up the sled, and no leaks. Time for a cold beer
