DIY 4 wheel kit for 2019 and newer = $20!!

If you have a 2019 and newer, you can easily add a 4th wheel for around $20.

I found this out from scrolling microfiche for 2020 and newer Arctic RXC race sleds.

You need 3 parts
-wheel mount 4604-380 $3
-spacer 4604-349 $ 3
-4th wheel 4604-423 $20

Basically you are changing out that larger spacer and putting in a smaller one between the center wheels and An additional wheel mount (plastic spacer with adjuster hole). You won't need the washer anymore either.

Cheap way to get 4 wheels in the back axle instead of 3 from factory!
You can look up the microfiche for 2020 and newer Arctic cat RXC to see how it goes together.

Cool. Problem is though you still have the crappy wheels. They are 8 inch new, seen some that are now 7.5 after a season and others that totally blow apart

That is a typo.... the correct 8" wheel AC part number is 4604-323 for 19' and current .......

I have 4th wheel spacer kits machined that allow for use of 8" wheels with wider 6205 bearings inside the wheels.

JT Products has had this super duty on the market for a couple years now with great success!! We use the large 6205 bearings in our stealth wheels kits we have been using for 8 years. All aluminum spacers for the best kit on the market!! fits 2019 129's and 137's. Fits all 2020 137's We have the kit for the 146's also. Lots in stock so get them while you can!!
