I'm about to switch my drivers to the 9 tooth DOO extro's, I've read that the RX-1 M is geared 23-40 for 0-3000 feet and that would put it at 1.74 gear ratio, now would I get a little more speed putting a 24 tooth gear on the top to make it a 1.66 ratio?

I was able to see 115mph last year on stock clutching and this year I'll be adding some heavy hitters and an ECP kit, this is done with an 1 1/4 ripsaw

I think OEM gearing on '03 RX-1M was 21/40

I would imagine that with stock clutching and gearing at 115 on the dream meter you were well over 10400 on the tach. At least I was with my 05 when it was stock, I went with the 23/40 combo with heavy hitters, it will get you to around 105mph
