TY Demo Ride Weekend
The trail conditions were excellent but I will have to say that the hospitality of the Comfort Inn and their staff & The Buckhorn and their staff were second to none! A BIG Thanks to Yamaha for the demo sleds and four great guys to go with them! But most of all a huge Thank you to Tom and Frank for making this all happen!! A special Thanks to Frank for bringing the entertainment to dinner Saturday night! Tom's stories were hilarious!!! I had a great weekend with everybody!

I just want to thank everyone that I got a meet at this ride. I also want to thank Yamaha for letting have a chance to ride all sleds. This was my 1st TY event I felt welcomed glad I made the one hour trip. I was one of the luckey ones that got to ride on saturday demos 150 plus miles. I do like the way all the sleds feel was a different ride from my apex. The last 20 or so miles I ended up back on my apex and my knees felt like they were in my chest and I realized what I like so much about about the apex the power. Im sure theres others that may think the same if I could only get a viper with the apex motor in it Id buy one. I plan on keeping what I have installing a riser and some foam in the seat to hopefully end up with somthing close to the viper with a apex motor in it. Im going have to wait this one out Im sure Yamaha will come up with a sled with a little more power.

Also just like to say thanks to all involved for making this past weekend a great time. I am new to the site and was invited by a long time site member to come up for some riding and demos. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to be able to ride multiple sleds on actual trail conditions for over 140 miles.
Coming into an event only knowing one person and quickly figuring out that members are all just one big extended family.
The accommodations, trails, scenery, food, camaraderie and events were all top-notch. Thanks again.

Thanks Tom for setting up another GREAT event. That was the best Demo ride I've been on. Where else can you get a 140-150 mile Demo trail ride? Just another TY membership exclusive You don't hear of the other 3 Manufactures doing anything like that for their customers! Just another reason we love our Yamaha brand Really enjoyed seeing Old Friends and meeting New Ones. By the way, I think you should rename the event to Demo Ride and Rescue event. Did anyone get a video or pics of the car and sled that we rescued off the trail? Thought someone said they had pics, but I don't see it on here anywhere. See you all next year, Dan

Where are you going? We'll be at the comfort inn all week or until we can't ride anymore. Somebody has to keep an eye on Rock.
