DTJ dyno may be off 7% higher than other dyno's

A Dyno is only as good as the operator!!

This is why EVO did all the ECU testing with 1 sled and didn't matter what the start hpr and end hpr was....it was the gain that counted. But, EVO's dyno is completely computer controlled, the only hand operation is on the throttle. It wouldn't matter who runs the throttle, the output was the same.

But, temperature, humidity and elevation play a factor...especially engine temp.

Yes, repeating same number of pulls with exact perameters and engine temps to realize gains/losses on the same Dyno, same day, etc! As I said in an earlier post, don't get all hooked up on peak hp numbers! They are a fun conversational piece but can be far from what you see win in the real world, example, 1100 cat turbo at claimed 180 hp!

my dealer tested a stock 1100, a moded 1100 and the 2017 demo they got...the thundercat was ahead definitly of the 1100 stock and equal to a moded 1100 at 220hp eco trail, but the moded 1100 crept away after a while... throttle response was said to be best on the Thundercat.. no compare yet with a sidewinder vs 1100T, i'm sure yamaha clutchs will be bettter then team clutchs..
That's great info right there bro,so the demo SW was past the modded kitty till what speed, than it went on by,so that right there tells me,its preety spunky all stock,as long as our 2017's come with same kind of power,it will be a great year.
