dumb handguard question...

I have 07 RTX but the 08s had considerably bigger guards.

Question 1. will the 08s bolt right up to the alum mounts of the 07s?

2. Anyone know the price on them things? With/without mounts.....

Are you sure you want to go yamaha?

From my experience, the powermadd mounts are the best in both quality, and in fitment. You can make any guard with a single bolt mount to these brackets.

But otherwise, from looking at my buddies nytro, the mounts look the same from 07' to 08'

The 08 style handguards will bolt right up to your 07 mounts. All you need to order is the plastic guards. I have all the part numbers and info for the guards at the shop. They come in black, red, blue, yellow, or white and I believe they are around $12-18 for the plastic guards. Give me a call at 262-284-5995 if your interested.

Another cool thing you can do with the bigger 08 style guards is add the new accessory fabric covers that make them even bigger yet for the super cold days.
