Ok thanks, I knew there was another way to have the autotune start up. I'll have to go in and check were that timer is set at.

I thought it was right below the box you check on the PCV to enable Autotune.

That is how you enable it. But you can delay when the AT starts to sample the exhaust, either by temp or time. That way it's getting true readings on a warmed up engine.
