There are 2 superchargers at the Edmonton show, E&S has one installed and running in the APEX, oh what a sweet sound. Alberta Cycle has one on a rack in front of their APEX, kind of a before and after deal. I will get pics and video tomorrow, but if you guys want to see/hear it, get to the show, I will be there until noon or so.
Bottom line- buy one, they look sound and flat out are awesome, Darren, Bob and Sandy said the install was straight forward, way WAAAAY less time than a turbo, and they did a bang-up job.

Kenny; wait & see one run head to head with a well tuned turbo just to see how they work. Hopefully the stock exhaust can handle the increase in heat & pressure. Need a few miles to see if that will be an issue.

frankly, I dont give a crap about head to head, this is for a different segment as far as I am concerned. The guys that want a supercharger will buy one, same for turbo. I am sold. Remember, I have been following this very closely for the last year, daily, I have a vested interest in these units, I sell them for a living.

Superchargers sound so cool you say? They sound cool and they will cool you off because you will be getting more wind when you ride faster. 
I'd love to try one and had the opportunity last season. I didn't ride it because I knew that I would have to get one after riding it, but I don't want to spend the money on one.

I have a S/C on my car and it does sound amazing! ppl are allways looking and wondering wth that sound is If i think i need more power in a few years i plan on putting one on the RTX

The show is over FINALLY!!!
I got video and pics of it, can post if people want once I get somewhere with high speed in the hotel.
I heard lots of complaints at the show; poor attendance, numbers way down on vender participation, nothing for amazing pricing, and 7.00 PER DAY PARKING!!!! Hotdogs $3.50, BOTTLED WATER $4.00???? Beef on a bun $7.50??? Maybe oil hitting 60.00 per barrel mad water rise to 8.00 per litre at Northlands? Yes, 8.00 per litre, they were 4.00 per 500 ml. (34.00 per gallon for you US guys.)
Found some awesome articulating risers, will have info on them fast, hope to install one right away, 6,8,10 inch and controls stay in the exact same angle at any 'angle' you set.
Also- Specialty Sleds had a set of Carbon Fibre arms for the Yamahas, can you say woody maker??? Damn they would good on my RX-1, but I think they are $2000 for the set.
Several vehicles were broken into in the parking lot, apparently there was no security, and a few broken into at the Four Points Sheraton hotel, where I stayed both nights.

I am almost glad I didnt go the way you make it sound. Was planning on it just couldnt get away.

If anybody is going to be near Redwater Alberta any time soon my mountian Apex is there with the MPI stage I SC on it. You are more than welcome to check it out. paying to get in the door didnt seem to be the cause of anyones concern, just the 'other' insane pricing issues. I had a good time, talked to lots of dealers, met tons of consumers, and wore out a pair of boots. I will go again if I have to work, but many will never go again, from what they said this time. The rich guys had fun it seems.

hope to have highspeed very soon, but cant find a damn hotel in Ft Mcmurray. Soon as I get off dialup, it will be here. Its not great, by any means but shows that it works.
