OK, new problem. I connect the red/vlt and red/green together and when I turn the key nothing happens (still). The RSI throttle block does not have an RPS plunger/switch so what do I do with the Grn/Yel wire it shows in the diagram?

Might be a stupid question but the only picture you have on here is with the hood off. You did plug the connector back into the back of the ignition and the gauges and hooked that main connector back up to the hood assembly right? Did you double check all of that? I don't see any reason that you wouldn't at least get the fuel pump to kick on and the gauges to light up. The RPS switch might be a whole other issue. I know the sled will shut itself down if that switch isn't in the right position based on throttle position. It's basically checking for a stuck throttle. But I don't think it will kill the gauges when it does it.

Yes to all.. Everything is hooked back up... Red/vlt has power according to Fluke...Might be a stupid question but the only picture you have on here is with the hood off. Well some progress... Everything is wired up except now as soon as I connect the battery the ignition fuse blows every time... Ignition switch is off but the fuse keeps popping. Any ideas?

Red/Grn.what is the red/vlt wire hooked to?
I've discovered that the fuse only pops if the RPS plunger/ switch Red/grn is also connected to Red/violet. With the RPS disconnected fuses don't blow but absolutely nothing happens when the key is turned. I'll make a post with pics and show you exactly what I'm doing.

Here is a collection of images showing all the connections. The only one not showing is the tail light that connects up by the brake as that was connection remains from the origanal harness.
Grn/ Yel is currently hooked up to RPS
Red/Vlt to Red/Grn
Cat Tether Switch installed
Red/Blk and Blk(ground) to Hand/Thumb warmers
Blue, Wh, Red/Org are taped off since I won't be using the headlight
Black jumper (ground) and Whi/Vlt to reverse

Well she's finally done! Well, mostly..always a work in progress of course. Still need to install blue ski loops.
Anyway, electrical gremlins ironed out.. Actually, I was just being a dumb #*$&@ and had the bar harness plugged into the guage harness (they both fit each other) and after that it was just a matter of soldering and routing loom.
Anyway I think it turned out well and I'll report back on how the light bar works after next weekend.
Big thanks to everyone who helped me!
