Electrical problems on 04 rx1 ?

I've got a 04 RX1 MTN and I had a wire behind the fuse box rub the insulation off and start blowing my 30 amp main fuse down on the starter relay. Then the warning light started blinking and was showing the engine in the display and started blowing the ignition fuse in the main fusebox. I fixed the wire that was shorting out but the engine and warning light is still blinking. Does anybody know what that light means or is there a way to reset it so it doesn't keep blinking.

try disconnecting the battery for a minute and see if it clears the code.
