Be careful putting the o-ring back in. Mine was larger then the recess that the o-ring fits in and it wanted to always slip out one side or the other and it would get squished. I had to turn the tank on it's side and use a dental pic to make sure the o-ring was seated properly before tightening the bolts.

Amen to that! I wrecked one of these O rings this summer. Make sure it fits in the groove and stays in there when you tighten the bolts back up or you'll have oil all over the floor when you fill it back up again.

I had a big puddle under the sled yesterday. Oil seemed to be running down the lower front of the block. I pulled the air box out and ended up putting new o-rings under the oil cooler and the oil hose nipple next to it. The leak seems to be gone now.
