I just sent out my ecu for the stage 4 evo flash and also ordered the evo header.
Talked to Jim on the phone seems like a great guy to deal with.
I'll have pictures posted of when I get everything here and installed hopefully I will get a nice Christmas gift and it comes before the break.
I already have a sandale muffler and will be going with either the venom clutch kit or ulmer.
I'm leaning towards ulmer since it comes with a helix.
Or option three since I live close to dalton, buy the adjustable QAY weights from them and a helix.

I have the QAY 70 in my turbo, I had them in and wasn't happy with them and put 8FS in. 8FS lacked adjustability without rivets so I took the QAY 70 and cut the bump off the heel to flatten them out and really like them now. I hate to have my 4 stroke over rev on takeoff.

Jim at EVO is a great guy!
Just talked to Jim, EVO and Thunder Products are working together and Jim is now selling Thunder Products Big Venom Kits
Now you can get an EVO Performance Flash, EVO Header and /or muffler and a clutch kit all at the same place.

I had the 2.5 flash done and it was a 1 week turn around from the day I sent it out. I was very pleased with the whole process, the guys at EVO are great.
Aside from that I have a FrankenTune - COTC (modified) - Machined Clutches (Ulmer) - Airbox Mod (Ulmer) - Trail Can (MBRP) Most of it was done last year.
Being an early adopter is a blessing and a curse. You get to the mods real fast and learn a ton about the sled - but you still need to do a bunch of testing/tweaking etc. and will find yourself buying/swapping components to get it just right.

Well I'll need to talk back to Jim about the clutch kit, I could buy the venom clutch kit and just order myself a helix from dalton, I'm sure someone on here knows what I would need.
I told my riding buddy that has a 800 e-tec about my mods, I could almost keep up now he'll be in my dust.

Something like a 46/42, 45/41 or something like that would really get you a holeshot and then use the power on top end

I think I'm going to try to build my own clutch kit since the stupid Canadian dollar isn't worth a thing.
I'm thinking I will go with the Dalton weights.
How much weight are you guys running with the EVO stage 4 package?

I am running turbo at 10k altitude so not same as you and would be a wild guess but here is what I have
1. QAY 70 bump cut off ramp and backside ground down to get to 68 grams
2. Stock secondary with 40/46 helix (turbo helix not for N/A)
3. BOP soft start spring with 6mm of primary clutch shims (substitute Green/white/green for BOP if needed)
That's mine for 210/275 horsepower - around 9k on 210 and around 9600 on 275

Trevor - I am running the stage 4 and going to be doing some tesing on snow (when we get it), but I believe NA sleds with the Big Venom kit and EVO Performance flash will be around 50-51? What ever I end up with....I will be shooting for 9,350 -9,400 total rpm

Putting the EVO 87 performance ECU flash in buddah's sled tonight. Going to make a video on the EVO flash start up and idle compared to the 2015 flash start up and idle.
