Excell Motorsports--Sidewinder Stage 2

Should of put a switch instead of dial, it’s only 40 hp, What’s AFR at WOT, No ECU program? Dyno results? Is he a legend in his own mind never heard of him around the states. Be carful motors cost alot, just saying!!!

OK if you say so, I just only hear stuff like hypersports, hurricane, turbo dynamics, DD racing, I see them racing here in NY never saw him. Only on here advertising.

Crossfire12....I never been a legend but I'm enough of one to beat you to the finish line anytime! I don't deserve your comment, I work hard to take care of my customers and help grow this sport.

You are a legend to me and a great supporter of the site. Comments like that have there own sense of arrogance and ignorance that should be left off the forums.

Crossfire12 - This kit is the sleeper kit out of all that is offered. I have the Excell Stage II with the Excell Exhaust and this feels easily like a 250+ hp setup as advertised. I’m actually thinking this kit improves with motor break-in. It’s been dyno tested and developed and all is controlled via the PC5 custom mapping that Excell offers. I’ve raced this kit here in NY on Grass and Hill Drags and it keeps up and/or beats a lot of other higher HP tunes out there. If anyone out here wants one of the best setups for trail where we all like to ride and then make a long pull on a lake or road this kit will defiantly satisfy.

So you say "I've never heard of Excell, who are they?" Or anything of the nature. But to make the comments of "is he a legend in his own mind" and many of the other rude comments you make in other threads to people is unnecessary.

I’ve had the stage 2 kit for 2400 miles now the kit works well pulled down one of the top 270 kits yesterday

Last year I purchased Aaron's '17 LTX SE that he has posted in his original video (black and orange sled), with the stage two kit. I probably should have said something long ago, but I will say that Aaron and his organization are a absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional and to his word. As far as his product, it is the bomb! Runs perfect, starts in all conditions, milage is better than other tunes out there and yet still hauls the mail across the lake and on the trail.
The main decision point for me with Aaron's kit is the fact that he doesn't change the OEM pc program, so in the event that there is a catastrophic failure there shouldn't be any argument with Yamaha on warranty. Other tunes change the PC program and that to me is a flag (just my opinion). I have a bud that run's another set up with a claimed 250hp and I still take him by a sled length or two, my mpg is better (10 to 14 mpg depending on conditions and driving behavoir), and I have the ability to run additional boost at any level. In the stock setting with no additional boost the other tune will slightly pull me on the big end. Once I turn up the wick, game over.
I purchased the sled with 800 miles, I now have roughly 3200 miles. I'm very particular about all my sleds, their dependability, performance, ride ect...This sled has been flawless. Thanks Aaron!

Aaron and Excell are the best in my book. Bought my sled from him, and want to add the stage 2 now.
Crossfire12- they do the prep for (Yamaha) the shootout in Old Forge. Hard to believe you never heard of him!
Great people who know what they are doing!
