- 2014 Viper LTX DX
I recently purchased used 2014 viper LTX DX that I would like to set the suspension back to factory on, so I can begin doing adjustments from factory settings. I couldn't find this info in the owners manual. Most of the posts related to viper suspension are devoted to dealing with the LTX SE model that has a very different suspension from what I read.
Does anyone know how much preload are setup in the front shocks and front skid shock? Which hole for limiter strap?
thanks

You don't need to get back to "factory settings" as they are all a bit different from one sled to the next. Try reading the link below, should be all you need to get started.I recently purchased used 2014 viper LTX DX that I would like to set the suspension back to factory on, so I can begin doing adjustments from factory settings. Thanks! great article. I was definitely surprised when I saw the limiter strap let all the way out. I figured that would lead to a crazy light front end and pushing in the turns. But it turns out the the strap doesn't really have a pile of slack even in the last hole.
