What do I need to do to summerize this bad boy? Had the dealer change oil & filter at 525 miles also greased suspension. Now have 2,200 miles and getting ready to store the sled in trailer & wake up in late Fall. I would like to start up once a month for fun but I'm told that is a no no with a 4s.

Having fuel injectors, you can't really drain them, so I suggest that you get some fuel stabilizer and run it through the system.
Mandatory steps;
1) change oil,
2) stabilize fuel,
3) rags in exhaust pipes and throttle bodies to prevent air flow.
Optional for those who are very meticulous;
Remove spark plugs and dump some motor oil or fogging oil down into the cylinders, then turn it a few revolutions by hand and put the plugs back in. Note that this may make it difficult to start next winter, but will make sure that bad things don't happen while you're waiting for summer to end.

I was riding a 1998 ZR600EFI Cat, until I traded up to a new 2007 Red Attak GT 16 days ago. I was always told not to put fuel stabilizer in the EFI Cats. I have found that the best way to stabilize fuel, in a machine that does not have a catalytic converter, is to mix in at least 10% 100 Low Lead Aviation Fuel, with fresh 87 octane Unleaded.
I picked up my new Attak with 0 miles on it, March 1st 2008, at a Yamaha Dealer in Northeast WI, then we continued on to Hancock, MI for 4 days and 487 miles of great fun on the trails of the UP. Yesterday after all the ice had melted from my sled, I greased the suspension. I found one grease zirt, just below the rear mount of the Mono Shock, that had no grease in it. I pumped almost half a tube of low temp grease in it, and had only water come out of the seals on each end of the horizontal tube, and then finally I had some of my new white grease come out the seals. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I be concerned that I rode 487 miles with no grease in this part of the suspension?

Thats because just about anything can cause a cat to blow up. Use fuel stabilizer.

Ha ha very funny, and thanks for the warm welcome to the forum. Please use all the stabil you want, it's better than nothing. Now can you use your incredible tech knowledge and answer my question?

My '07 attak also had one of the zerks not greased when I got it. I only rode a couple hundred km's max before greasing. I also had lots of water come out. I don't think it should be a problem as long as the water wasn't sitting in there too long.

Thanks for the useful reply "600". My favorite Yamaha mechanic told me my sled should be just fine
use fuel stabilizer.pull the battery put it on a trickle charger.grease it again.make sure your trailer is well ventilated.

All of the greased areas of the skid are actually plastic bushings, so you should be good.

I put the trickle on the two leads coming out by the top of the oil fill. Also you might want to take the dust seal off your bearings , and regresse. Behind the secondard, and behind the speedo. those are the main two to blow! when they go, they take out lots of other stuff too! Greese, the amazing long life tool! Run the stable too. good luck, Honk
