I weight 230 ish suited up
Ride aggresive groomed trails
Ditch bang in Iowa when we have snow
Never bottomed out in 1800 miles.

For those of you guys with Apex's with Fox Floats, don't know how many there are, what PSI are you running the floats at?

I run floats on my rx at around 60-70 psi

I figured out my problem, it was a the track tension like a couple you said. The adjusters were all screwed up and the track was to loose. How do the track tension adjuster not move when you are riding, is it just that when you tighten the up the rear axle bolts they cannot move? Anyway I now got this working like I knew it could and all I can say is WOW. This thing can handle the rough trails, I am more than impressed.

last spring I had numerous bottom outs and I also came to the conclusion that track tension improved the ride characteristics , even with the single mountain shock . Soon after I had experienced driveaxle bearing failure and now awaiting repair.I think the additional tension to accomodate the suspension is stressing those components of the drive axle.
